Chef John's Salmon Loaf
Chef John’s shelter-in-place salmon loaf is easy to make and perfect when you’re craving a protein-rich main dish. Canned red salmon (with bones and skin left in for added nutrition) is mixed with crushed saltines, some seasonings, melted butter, onions, and egg yolks.
