Swedish Chocolate Balls (Chokladbollar)

We all get a little hangry in the middle of the afternoon. Instead of reaching for a candy bar that'll only exacerbate the "hanger," just whip up a couple of these Swedish chocolate balls. Known as chokladbollar, they combine healthy fats, oats, chocolate, and coffee to keep you full and energetic for longer. Toasting the oats is optional; just mix everything in a bowl, shape it into balls, and roll them in some shredded coconut. Let them briefly firm up in the fridge, and you've got a snack you can pack for work, school, or, in keeping with the outdoorsy Scandi spirit--a ski trip. Why not?! They're so quick and easy that every Swedish child is expected to make them the first time they step into the kitchen. Get the recipe for Swedish Chocolate Balls (Chokladbollar).
