Just combine the dough ingredients, knead until smooth and elastic, and let rise until doubled in size in a warm place while you cut 48 equal-sized pieces of string. Form the risen dough into rolls, place 4 strings on a work surface at a time, and simply crisscross over a center point into a star formation. Tie up those rolls and snip off any excess string. Let the tied rolls rise once more, form your pumpkin “stems,” and bake until golden. After some time to cool, just cut and carefully pull off your strings, and voila!
