I just tried making this recipe a few days ago. I used Smoked Gouda instead of Swiss. My roomie and I each gave it a 9.5 on a scale from 1 - 10. I used 2 cups of cream also to make extra sauce. It was awesomely good. Not one scrap of it went to waste...I will make it again for sure.

I don't know what voodoo you people are using to make your chicken look like this. I have tried three times to roll up my chicken to resemble these pictures, and every attempt came out looking like semi-truck road kill. I have tried shredding the cheese, and the ham to no avail. I have lightly tapped my chicken flat, all the way up to beating it with a sledge hammer, no help. I'm going to the local deli and buying my cordon bleu, coming home, and just before the wife gets here, sprinkle some flour on my hands and face and accept the praises even though it's a rouse.
