Id never put raw chicken on top of any food to cook...try slow cooked chicken thighs made in the oven..season..wrap tightly in foil..300 degrees ..depending on how many you have...for a couple of hours..much more flavor and safer than raw chicken..

I made this two nights ago. We don't drink beer, but I had a bottle left over from a party so I used 1/2 (6oz) and 6oz chicken broth. I used Hot Chili Con Carne instead of Chili beans. Turned out great. Even better the second night.
