I roast peeled garlic, then put it in the blender, and then store in my fridge!


I don't know how this showed up as submitted by me. I wish I had been smart enough to think of it. I just found it on here and saved it to my recipe box. So I can't take credit for it.

This is a "must have" for my fridge! I use it in mashed & twice-baked potatoes, on cauliflowerettes when roasting them, in cauliflower purée (used instead of potatoes), in my homemade roasted garlic spread for bread (soft marg & roasted garlic - mix, form into a tube using plastic wrap, seal end, put in fridge!) My fridge is never without roasted garlic!
