I made these pancakes and they are fantastic. They are fluffy just like the recipe says they are. The taste is wonderful. I could not tell there was vinegar in this recipe. I made one batch with buttermilk and one with the vinegar and milk mixture and everyone liked the sour milk recipe better. If you are looking for a excellent pancake recipe stop here, this is it.

These are the best pancakes I ever made! I followed the recipe exactly (went through the video twice) and decided to preheat the pan so it would be nice and hot when the batter was ready. My husband gave them two hardy thumbs up!! Thx!

After trying several store brand pancake mixes,my daughter gave me this recipe and i through them all in the garbage.This is the best pancake mix i have ever had. My son loved them so much, i had to make more. Try them with real warm maple syrup, OMG THE BEST.
