Mexican Steak and Veggie Salad
Make dinner healthy and full of Mexican flavors and most of all, the easy way! Marinate flank steak in garlic, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, oregano, salt and pepper. Save a bit of the marinade and toss with onion, black beans, cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumber and roast all veggies on a baking pan. Set flank steak on the pan and broil until juicy and totally delicious. Serve sliced on top of fresh, crisp Romaine lettuce, garnished with plenty of cotija cheese and chopped cilantro.
