The key to the crunch is panko bread crumbs, which boast a jagged, interesting texture. Here, they're mixed with garlic, Parmesan, and parsley to create the breading. You'll "glue" it onto your chicken breasts using a blend of mayo, balsamic vinegar, and Dijon mustard, which you can add even more flavor to.
