This was a great recipe. Before I cooked the chicken I put a dry rub on the chicken placed it in a plastic bag kept it in th frige for 3 days. On the third day I removed the chicken from the bag to let it dry. The following day I cooked the chicken. I normally don't like the breast meat but this was really good. I even cooked it to a temp of 190. It was still moist. I will always use this recipe. Thanks from a none cook

180F is a bit hot, FDA States 165F, To Cook It Any More Over 165F makes the white chicken meat to be dried out.
