Creamy Chicken Toast
Get started by par-cooking chicken breasts. Then use the same pan to saute some vegetables--bell pepper, jalapeno, and green onions are used here, but any veggie will work. In goes the chicken broth and heavy cream, which you reduce into a nice and thick cream sauce. Just reintroduce the chicken, as well as some tarragon that'll round out all the flavors.
