Unfortunately the video kept playing the dialog over itself constantly and was very aggravating. Did not even watch it all as it was choppy, not smooth at all. And the recipe given was "inspired" by the restaurant recipe. Would have liked to actually watched it as it was supposed to be. The chiles mom handled were dry, not fresh,and there is a difference. I am sure she has done these for so many years she knows what she is doing.


One thing I noticed - and I hope others did too - is that this woman did NOT wear any type of gloves when handling the chiles. Any time you handle chiles, you should wear gloves - at a minimum, you should wash your hands for a Very long time after handling chiles - because if you happen to rub your eyes, the oil from the chiles will cause them to burn very painfully.
