If you love pie but don’t mind a more rustic presentation, this easy pastry shell will be a gorgeous presentation of fall fruits. Mix together apples and cranberries with brown sugar, sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Then roll a circle of rich pastry made with flour, butter and cream cheese, top with the fruit mixture and chopped walnuts.
