How to Make Spinach and Artichoke Dip

In this video, you’ll see how to make homemade hot spinach artichoke dip. This quick and easy dip is so delicious you’ll want to throw a party every weekend. The key ingredients here are canned artichoke hearts, chopped frozen spinach, cream cheese, and three kinds of grated cheeses: gruyere, Parmesan, and mozzarella. Chef John will show you how to prepare the thawed frozen spinach so it’s not watery. This is the ultimate dip for your New Year's Eve or Super Bowl party. And guess what? There’s no mayonnaise or sour cream in here, so it's actually lower fat than restaurant versions. But it’s even more delicious! Watch the video, then get the recipe for Chef John’s Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip. Serve this hot spinach and artichoke dip with crackers, chips, sliced baguette—it is delicious on just about anything.

Just putting my crocks in the oven! Looking forward to tasting it, and didn't realize it is a light version, too. I was wondering if some could be frozen for a short period... keeping in mind that the spinach was frozen to begin with... but I will be googling that info in the meantime. Thanks for the video! It was quick and made it easier!

Just putting my crocks of it in the oven! But, can a portion of it be frozen first and cooked later? Keeping in mind the spinach was frozen to begin with... I will be googling that info. Thanks for the video! It was quick and made it easier!
