Why would you add SUGAR!!! to caramelized onions??? The process turns them sweet by itself. That's the point of doing it.

how do you get skins off potatoes the easy way? I have forgotten.

Thanks for the video. I make these and then store in a jar in the refrigerator to use on sandwiches, burgers, etc., in the summer. I find slicing them from their poles helps retain the texture a bit after the carmelization. Thanks again!
