The secret to great ribs is time—and the wait is totally worth it! Get the ribs ready to soak up flavor by baking them with garlic for a couple of hours. Once cooled, cover them with a spice mixture of sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, chili powder and cumin. Chill overnight, and just before you’re ready to grill, mix up a basting and dipping sauce of brown sugar, cider vinegar, ketchup, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, onion and dry mustard. Grill up those delicious ribs, baste them well, and serve when brown and glazed. Yum! Get the recipe for Barbequed Ribs.
