Keep it light but satisfying with this flavorful Thai salad. Turn up the flavor by mixing together green onion with lemongrass, cilantro, mint, lime juice, fish sauce, chili sauce and sugar. After you’ve grilled a 1 ½ lb steak medium, cut into thin strips and marinate in the sauce for at least 3 hours. Make your salad base with green leaf lettuce and diced English cucumber.
