Impress everyone with this beautiful, rich and delicious holiday bread. Mix together flour, yeast, sugar and salt, then warm butter and milk and mix with eggs and lemon zest. Mix the liquids with the dry ingredients to form a dough, knead, rise, rest, then form a large 12” circle. Cut 20 strips around the center, and twist each, coiling to eventually form flower shapes in a big pastry bouquet. Brush with egg yolk and bake until golden. Fill each “flower” center with raspberry jam, then drizzle over everything with a light icing of lemon juice and confectioners’ sugar.
