Vegetarian Bibimbap

Easy to assemble and delicious to eat, this well balanced and nutritious dish is Korean comfort food at its best. Cook matchsticks of carrots and zucchini in hot sesame oil, then stir in bean sprouts, bamboo shoots and mushrooms, season with salt. Stir together cooked rice with green onion, soy sauce and black pepper, then fry eggs in butter.
