If you’re seeking your new favorite breakfast (or, ahem, anytime) bread, start gathering these ingredients! Dissolve yeast in warm water and meanwhile combine eggs, sugar, butter, salt, raisins and scalded milk that’s been cooled. Add flour to create a stiff dough, and after its risen and doubled in size, roll into a rectangle and top with a brushing of milk and a sprinkling of cinnamon sugar. Roll into a cylinder, cut into thirds, let rise, and finally bake with a brush of butter.
