Spicy Thai Basil Chicken (Pad Krapow Gai)
You'll love making Chef John's favorite Thai dish and enjoy tasting it even more! Easy to make it at home, make a glaze with oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, coconut sugar and chicken broth. Wash a bunch of Thai basil and cut into thin ribbons. Finely chop fresh chicken and add to a pan of hot oil, then add minced garlic, shallots and sliced chiles. Once your ingredients begin to caramelize, add your sauce! Turn off heat and add basil and stir until wilted. Dish it up with some fluffy rice and enjoy every incredible and herbal bite!
