Discover how delicious tri tip can be with this incredibly delicious recipe. Start by creating a marinade with garlic, lemongrass, grated ginger root and onion, fish sauce, soy sauce, seasoned rice vinegar, coriander, cumin, turmeric, cayenne pepper, brown sugar and vegetable oil. Then transfer a tri tip roast into the marinade and poke, to allow the marinade to infuse the meat. Marinate and chill for a few hours up to overnight, then drain.
