Watch Chef John make an amazing gazpacho using fresh tomatoes, English cucumbers, and bell peppers. Turn to this cold, refreshing Spanish soup when the weather heats up. In this video, you’ll see how to quickly prepare the tomatoes for easy peeling. The key to great gazpacho, of course, is to get the best tomatoes—sweet and vine-ripened. Served cold in chilled bowls, this simple gazpacho is like a taste of high summer, like a salad on a spoon! Watch the video, then get the recipe for Chef John’s Gazpacho.

Excellent recipe!! I have been craving gazpacho and have never made it. I made a batch and husband and coworkers loved it! One person bought chips and used it as salsa. Thanks sharing!

This was GREAT! made it this afternoon and had a lovely dinner with freah mozzarella and warmed croissant (on the side). I used about 5 diced radishes instead of jalepeno. Can't wait to try it topped with with avocado and shrimp :D
