Deviled Lobster Tails

Gorgeous, delicious, and easy to prepare lobster tails! Begin with a secret sauce of mayonnaise, kosher salt, hot sauce, cayenne, paprika, fresh-squeezed lemon juice and fresh tarragon. Next take your lobster tails and split, de-vein and pull the meat away from the tails without removing it completely. Place on a crinkle foil-lined baking sheet.
