I wouldn't say that Buffalo Wings are in any way 'healthy' if using wings and butter. I also don't understand using the wing tips ever - you are wasting product. For a 'healthier' twist on wings, try using chicken tenderloin pieces. In any event - tossing aside healthy eating - buffalo wings are just plain the bomb and these are as good as any.

This is a decent recipe and baking is always healthier than frying contrary to the other comments. After baking is completed flash broil for a few minutes to make even more crispier but be watch them closely as not to burn.

The idea of baking instead of frying is great for those who are health conscious or trying to lose weight. If you want to make this a more healthier version, reduce the amount of butter and use different pieces of the chicken since the wings are the LEAST healthiest.
