this sounds tasty, but is definitely NOT my idea of quick and easy. instead: >leftover or canned chicken, so that's already done and no pan to wash >chopped onion and bell pepper can be "sauteed" in a dish in the microwave and the dish can be rinsed out >instead of all those different spices to measure, pour in an envelope of taco seasoning and some salsa
