Beef Medallions with Caramelized Pan Sauce~ LOVE LOVE LOVE this recipe!Very easy! I will say, I didn't have tomatoe sauce, but I did have a can of crushed tomatoes w/basil,onion and garlic. I pressed the juices out of about a 1/4 c.. Plus added more juice, because I wanted to actually see how much juice was going in. The butter just gives it the "O'H MY GOSH" flavor that you are looking for in a recipe! So, glad I found this, think I may try it tomorrow, with some chicken tenderloins! Thanks!
