This really does sound good. I love eating almost any kind of pork tenderloin dish. However, my favorite parts of restaurant sweet & sour pork are the vegetables. So when I make this, I will add large chunks of green pepper & onions along with the pineapple chunks. Should be great. Can't wait!!

I eat a lot of pork tenderloin, and I'm definitely gonna' give this a try very soon. I love sweet and sour pork, but don't make it often because of the deep frying. I'm eating healthier these days, and I like the idea of a lighter version of this dish. Probably will add some chunks of red and green bell pepper to give it a pop of color.
