Five-Star Buffalo Chicken Dip

A few suggestions: - Shred a rotisserie chicken, it has much more flavor than canned; - Use shredded pepper jack cheese in place of some/most of the sharp cheddar; - Add Buffalo wing sauce in addition to hot sauce; makes it spicier and also adds the real Buffalo wing flavor; - Add fresh crumbled blue cheese; - Add some crushed red peppers and, if you really want to make it hot, some cayenne pepper; - Can use less cream cheese; - Cook in slow cooker rather than oven; the layer of melted cheddar cheese on top when cooked in the oven makes it harder to eat and is just too much cheese! - I use tortilla chips rather than crackers, and have also used slices of crusty French bread, etc. which is really nice.

Made with appetizers buffalo and added 1/8 cup hot sauce and baked in oven. Will be making this Sunday for super bowl. Wowalicious. Thank you.
