I am not an expert, however I have made lasagna before with bottled sauces. I did this one exactly as shown and was lucky to get all the ingredients easily here in UAE. I have to admit that this is the best lasagna i have eaten, much less make. My guests loved it. The layers were juicy as smooth to scoop as a cake. Thanks for this wonderful recipe.
