I hate to boast and I never do,but my grandmothers simple marinade is the best marinade I have ever tried as well as family and friends who are lucky enough to try it..it's supposedly comes from a famous legendary restaurant IN LONG ISLAND NY. And unfortunately I can not and will not share the recipe..but lemme tell you this one is close in regards to it's ingredients ,but still no cigar....
