Looks like the spoons they were using were bigger then what they were saying on video. Were they making a double recipe? Any Thoughts?

I watched this video twice and when they said one teaspoon or 1/2 teaspoon it looked to me like they were doubling the recipe the spoons looked bigger. Any thoughts on this?
