I don't understand one thing why is it when you guys do a video you tell what they gradients are but you don't tell us how much of the ingredients what is up with that this is not the first time I seen a video do this what is up with this guy

Thank you for this video! I'm a beginner and I was having trouble knowing exactly how to handle the dough because fearing I was going to work it too much. Ha I was working it way too little! I appreciate hearing about pressing your thumb in the middle before baking. THat will also help my biscuits.

I love the way you poured the buttermilk in the hollowed out middle of the bowl like my mother makes hers. She used lard also but the butter is also good.
