In this video, we'll show you how to make a very flavorful marinade for carne asada (grilled flank steak). The juice from oranges, lemons, and limes are whisked with chipotle peppers, spices, fresh cilantro, and oil. Then we'll set some of the marinade aside to use at the end, the rest will get added to a flank steak, and left to marinate for 24 hours.
