After I make meatballs, I pop them into the oven and brown them at 400 degrees for 15minutes , make the sauce ,, then toss the meatballs into the same sauce pot and into the oven to bake so not as much grease and better flavor it gets into each meatball and moist~! YUMMY thanks fort the great sauce recipe
