Simple Ham and Squash Spaghetti

In this video, you’ll see how to make a simple, creamy smoked ham and butternut squash spaghetti meal. The creaminess here comes not from cream but from mascarpone cheese. This is a great recipe for using up leftover holiday ham—but it also works great with bacon or black forest ham. A hearty and delicious pasta for chilly fall or winter evenings, the smoky ham and sweet, earthy butternut squash combine wonderfully with the mascarpone cheese. See how it’s done. And enjoy! Really, it's a bit ridiculous to put up a video and not have a recipe for reference or printing.
