Oh my gosh, I can NOT wait to make this. Last week for Sunday dinner I made butternut squash lasagna rolls (essentially traditional style lasagna rolls, except baked in a butternut squash sauce rather than marinara) and this sounds just as fabulous. Will have to buy another butternut, though, as today for lunch I ate up what was left of the one I used for the lasagna. Butternut squash is the perfect fall treat! Thanks, John :)

For those who are concerned about not being able to save the recipes from videos. You can download a PDF printer (I use adobe but there are free ones out there). Basically when you find a recipe you like you can "print" and turn it into a PDF file to save on your computer (rather than print to paper). This comes in super handy when you find good recipes on sites without a 'save to box' option.
