In this video, we use our trusted slow cooker to make a Mexican stew. The rich, smoky and spicy base for the stew is made from dried chile peppers, onions, and tomatoes. We make the sauce first, and then use it to cook pork until tender. Add hominy and chicken stock and the stew is ready. Serve up Pozole in a Slow Cooker with chopped onion, radishes, and cilantro.
