My step dad made this for Sunday dinner tonight. Truly amazing!!!! Yum! Drove 3 hours for it and it was totally worth it!!

I followed the recipe as close as possible because of family preference ( we love mashed potatoes and gravy so I added a little more mushrooms shallots and onion butter and flour. The results were amazing. A 10 star dinner if there is one best chicken dish I ever made thank you.

I agree. I love his videos!!! He seems to be about the food and the cooking and doesn't seem to want the focus on him.
