One Pan Orecchiette Pasta

In this video, you’ll see how to make a simple pasta with Italian sausage and greens. As the onions and sausage cook, they create a flavorful fond, to which you'll add a little broth, and then cook the pasta directly in the broth. So easy and delicious! Add your greens at the end. Chef John is using arugula, but feel free to use your favorite green. This is the perfect meal for college kids. As Chef John explains, “It’s super-easy, costs pennies, and requires a bare minimum of kitchen equipment.” Watch the video, then get the recipe for Chef John’s Orecchiette. Top it off with some freshly grated Parmesan.
