My oven temperature is pretty right on with most recipes, but I had a lot of frustration with this one, so @350 degrees, you need to cook them for 30 minutes until the whites set. You could also up the temp, but I just went for the extra time. Having said all that, they were delish! You can really add whatever omelet inclusions you want.
