One hour on a low temperature and a store bought BBQ sauce applied only once, really? You could have at least developed a home made wet sauce as well.

I'm confused. How can the ribs be done, let alone be tender with only one hour at low temp? Most recipes call for a couple hours at 250 to break down the meat. Also, one brushing of sauce and only 5 minutes? Please check again..what was the internal temp.Just recently I saw a recipe for one hour but that was in a slow cooker.
