I've made these o a long time, but I also add 4crushed ice cubes and two tablespoons Wheat Germ, and a hand full of walnut halves. And sometimes I add a hand full of frozen blueberries too. Makes two 8 oz. glass full or one large. Keeps me full for hours & hours.
