I wish they would have said whether or not to cover the cake when you put it into the freezer.

I baked it with 8 x 12 pan b/c I do not have the 9 x 12, it took 45 minutes longer b/c I have other stuff in the oven as well. The cake was a little thicker but delicious. I use only 75% of the sugar. The frosting, I used only 2.5 cups of powdered sugar, it still too sweet for me so I fixed it with a table spoon of lemon juice, 1/4 cup of sour cream and 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt. I came out more to my liking, not too sweet and we loved it!
