Pot Stickers (Chinese Dumplings)
In this video, you’ll see how to make ground beef and ground shrimp pot stickers. You’ll combine the ground beef and shrimp with ginger, minced shallot, napa cabbage, and seasonings. Then add a portion of the mixture to gyoza wrappers. You'll see how to form the wrappers into dumplings. Fry them quickly before steaming them in a splash of water until wonderfully tender.
