My meatballs 1 lb ground turkey 1 lb meatloaf mix ( beef pork veal) 1 large onion chopped 3 clove garlic minced 1 jumbo egg 2 slices white bread soaked in warm milk 1 cup reggie parmesan cheese salt and pepper chopped fresh parsley =- Bake meatballs at 350 for 1/2 hour then add to your sauce. Similar to this recipe but I find the mix of turkey with the 3 meats yields a light tender yet savory Italian meatball. Try it you'll like it!
