do you have a recipe for this where you cook the ground beef first?. where does all the fat from the ground beef go ? into the rice ?

I use minute instant white rice and it works out great. my mom has always used minute rice in her stuffed pepper so my whole family does now.

Wow! I finally found a recipe like my mom used to make!She used tomato soup (I know.... ;)haha) but similar but everybody else seems to cook the beef first...but the consistency isn't the same. Thank-you Chef!!
