Grilled Shrimp with Lemon Aioli

Thank you for the suggestion of using a cast iron skillet. I had thought of using a George Foreman grill but like the skillet idea. Much appreciated.


I dont have a grill and I use my cast iron grill skillet on the stove to cook steaks and I bet the shrimp would cook well on it too. The steaks taste just like they came off the outdoor grill.

How long will the preserved lemon keep. Dont suppose it would freeze, and would appreciate other uses. Cheers.
