omigod! I LOVE burnt marshmallows!!! It almost made me cry to watch this (only slightly kidding), knowing they were probably thrown in the trash can. If I didn't have others to consider at the Holidays, I'd burn mine on purpose. No accounting for some tastes, is there?! (: Oh, yes, I also like my barbecued ribs charred and the meat tender...go figure!

I have never tried marshmallows on sweet potatoes. We always treated them like squash and put brown sugar and margarine in and mixed it about.
