I like this recipe - except for the crazy amount of sugar glazed on top. I don't need nearly that amount to achieve a crackling on top. I want a soft thin crack, not a layer of brittle!

I really like this Chef..however, I am really picky about the texture of my Brulee.I would have liked to see the texture after he torched it! (just to see if its creamy/saucy (instead of custardy which I do not care for)! I am going to try it though! Thank You for the video!
